Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Archway ("we", "us"), the marketplace at archwaystore.shop where artists sell graphic streetwear and customers can shop or commission custom designs. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Archway is an individual business owned and operated by Bhukya Vishnu Vardhan Naik, trading under the name "Archway". It is not a separately registered company — "Archway", "we", "us" and "our" throughout these terms refer to Bhukya Vishnu Vardhan Naik operating under that name.

Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy or sell.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used for fraud or abuse.

Buying on Archway

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.
• An order is confirmed when payment is accepted (or, for cash on delivery, when we confirm it). Products are made or printed to order, so delivery times are estimates.
• Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled through our support team. Custom and personalised items may have limited return eligibility, except where the item arrives defective or incorrect.

Commissions

Customers may message artists who have enabled commissions to request a custom design. Commissions are a conversation between the customer and the artist; Archway reviews the finished design before it is made available. A commissioned design may be kept in the customer's personal library only, or listed on the public site if Archway and the artist agree. A commissioned design becomes purchasable through the normal checkout. Nothing is charged for chatting or requesting a design.

Selling as an artist

• You may only upload designs you created or have the right to use. You must not upload work that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights, including fan art of protected characters and brands you have no licence for.
• You keep ownership of your designs. By submitting a design you grant Archway a non-exclusive licence to display, promote, reproduce and print it on products sold through Archway, and to keep an archive copy for production and records.
• Archway reviews every submission and may edit product details, replace preview images with production mockups, set prices, reject designs, or remove listings at its discretion.
• Prices and the artist's commission share are set during review and shown to you before a design goes live. You decide whether to publish it.
• Payouts are made from sales received, after returns and fees, on the schedule we communicate to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory or infringing content;
• harass other users or use chats for spam or scams;
• try to break, scrape or interfere with the site or access accounts that are not yours;
• take conversations or payments off the platform to avoid our fees for commissioned designs.

Intellectual property

The Archway name, logo and site design belong to us. Designs belong to their artists. Buying a product gives you the product, not the right to copy or reproduce the artwork.

Third-party services

We rely on providers for hosting, storage, email, payments and shipping. Signing in with Google is optional and is subject to Google's own terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; continuing to use Archway after a change means you accept it. You may stop using Archway and ask us to close your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India.
