Privacy Policy

Archway ("we", "us") runs the website archwaystore.shop, a marketplace where artists sell graphic streetwear and customers can shop or commission custom designs. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Archway is an individual business owned and operated by Bhukya Vishnu Vardhan Naik, trading under the name "Archway". It is not a separately registered company — "Archway", "we", "us" and "our" throughout this policy refer to Bhukya Vishnu Vardhan Naik operating under that name.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and a password, which we store only in hashed form.
• Sign in with Google: if you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address and whether the email is verified. We do not receive your Google password and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
• Orders and addresses: shipping and billing addresses, the items you order, and order status.
• Content you provide: for artists, uploaded designs, profile details and notes; for everyone, messages and images sent in commission chats and design discussions, reviews and support messages.
• Technical data: a login session cookie that keeps you signed in, and basic, privacy-friendly site analytics (pages viewed) that do not identify you personally.

How we use your information

• To create and secure your account, including sending one-time verification codes and password reset emails.
• To process, ship and support your orders, returns and refunds.
• To connect customers with artists for commissions and to let artists and Archway review designs.
• To pay artists their share of sales.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
• To improve the site and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information.

Google user data

Archway's use of information received from Google is limited to signing you in and creating or finding your Archway account (your name and email). We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to others except as needed to run the service. Our use adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run Archway, and only as needed:

• Hosting and analytics (Vercel).
• Database and file storage for uploaded images (Supabase).
• Email delivery for verification codes and notices (Google Workspace / Gmail).
• Payment processing, when online payments are enabled. Card and UPI details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Archway.
• Shipping and logistics partners, who receive the delivery details needed to deliver your order.

Artists can see the name of a customer who commissions them and the messages in that conversation. Customers can see an artist's public profile and designs. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. It is required for the site to work and expires after 7 days or when you log out. Google sign-in uses short-lived cookies (10 minutes) to keep the sign-in secure.

How long we keep information

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and we will remove or anonymise your personal information, except records we must keep by law (such as order and payment history).

Your choices and rights

• Update your name, phone number, addresses and password from your account page.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your information.
• Stop using Google sign-in at any time and use email and password instead.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, sessions are signed and kept in secure cookies, and traffic to the site is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Children

Archway is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed; significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
